These terms apply when you use our website, send us an enquiry, book a fitting or a repair, or receive messages from Sue Carson Saddles USA LLC ("Sue Carson Saddles", "SCS USA", "we", "us"). When you buy a saddle from us, you will also be asked to accept our terms of sale, which apply to that purchase.

2. Using our website
The information on our website is for general guidance about our saddles and services. Whether a saddle suits your horse can only be judged at a fitting. Prices, models and availability may change without notice. Please give accurate details when you contact us, so that we can reach you and help with the right horse and saddle.
3. Enquiries, appointments and repairs
Sending an enquiry does not book an appointment; we will contact you to arrange one. A deposit may be needed to hold a fitting date, and our office will tell you the amount and whether it can be refunded before you pay it. Repairs are carried out on the quote we send you, which you accept before any work starts.
4. SMS Terms
What you agree to. By ticking the box on our website form, or by telling us that you are happy to be texted, you agree to receive text messages from Sue Carson Saddles USA LLC at the mobile number you gave us.
What we send. Messages about your enquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, notice when your fitter is running late or on the way, links to upload photographs of your horse or saddle, repair quotes and progress updates, and replies from our team to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How often. Message frequency varies with your enquiries and appointments.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. We will send one message to confirm, and no more after that. You can opt back in at any time by replying START or by asking us.

Not a condition. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information. How we use your number is set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Calls
Calls to and from our work numbers may be recorded and transcribed, for training and so that our team has an accurate note of what was agreed. We tell you at the start of a call when it may be recorded.
6. Photographs and files you send us
When you upload photographs or videos through a link we send you, you confirm they are yours to share, and you allow us to keep them with your record to assess, quote, fit or repair your saddle.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss arising from the use of our website or from a message that was delayed or not delivered.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
